A group of year six children are working on a project about Mexico. They are learning about Mexican culture, geography, music, food and religion. Today, we have made NACHOS CON QUESO and SALSA DE GUACAMOLE and we had a little Mexican feast. You can deduct from the pictures that all the nachos disappeared very quickly!!

The ingredients.

Chopping tomatoes.

Recipe for guacamole salsa: chopped tomatoes, onions, avocado and chillies; lemon juice, olive oil, salt and a  bit of water. Blend and dip your nachos in it.
