Our teacher development programme is tailored to individual needs and interests. Every year, teachers have an allocation of CPD that they are expected to take responsibility for. The school facilitates this by putting on a series of peer-led workshops; study groups; and research projects. Teachers are able to commit to some of these or to create their own series of activities.
Alongside the personal development programme, we also have school priorities that we are working towards. Currently we are working towards:
