Children from 3C and 3D and 6B continued the project with artist Miyuki Kasahara. The planning the children are doing will be reflected in the final sculpture. The sculptures will reference the life and work of the physician and plant collector John Fothergill, who in the eighteenth century lived nearby and maintained an Ornamental Garden in what is now West Ham Park. The pieces will also incorporate bug hotels, so that they are not only artworks but also a part of the active ecosystem in the area.
