The last of Year 3 completed the sculpting of their Elephant Hawk Moths today. Helped by some Year 6 Art Leaders, the children have now completed over 100 moths which await temperatures of over 1000 degrees in the school kiln before they are glazed. Some of the moths will find their way onto the sculptures due to be built in the school sensory garden.
