Welcome to Sandringham Primary School.

Sandringham is a successful primary school in the London Borough of Newham, with over 1000 children. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted in May 2017 and September 2023, the school serves a vibrant and diverse community and has children, speaking many different languages and celebrating most major world religions. This makes the school culturally rich, exciting and an interesting place to learn.

We are fully committed to working with parents to give children the very best start in their education. The school fundamentally understands the importance that all children must leave Sandringham at the end of year 6 literate and numerate. We know that for our children to be successful at the next stage of their learning, they must also be resilient and articulate learners. We have high expectations of everybody in our learning community. We work effectively together in making sure children understand they can always improve through hard work and dedication.

I am incredibly proud and privileged to be the Head Teacher of Sandringham Primary School.

Our children truly love coming to school. We want to provide a curriculum that is broad and balanced and values the arts, humanities, individual and team sports. We teach the children through a skills based curriculum which makes our children inquisitive, curious and learners for life.
